The community of Castilla la Manchais inheriting as well of the historical region of Castile the New one (in which it was including Madrid but nonAlbacete), continuation of the old Kingdom of Toledo(provincias de Toledo, Real City and zones of Albacete and River basin), and the most southern territories of the Kingdom of Castile (Guadalajara and River basin) that was one of taifas of Al-Andalus and conquered by Alfonso I SAW of Castile in 1085. The Castilian-manchega community is located in the heart of the peninsula, an extensive plain dominates its appearance, although they do not lack the mountainous landscapes, like the one of the Central Mountain range (to the north), the Iberian System (to the northeast), the Brown Mountain range and Montes de Toledo, to the south. These last ones constitute the dividing line for the two hydrographic river basins of the region: The one of the Edge and the one of the Guadiana. It is become all over his extension and it offers to the visitor the possibility of enjoying one of the greater and more spectacular territories where one dedicates to a great surface to parks and natural reserves. For the modern tourist, to visit its cities and loaded towns of history and monuments, to taste its traditional kitchen or to accede to its popular celebrations are already attractive than a more sufficient one to know this community. The celebrations occupy an outstanding place between the annual traditions of Castile-The Spot.
